Headed out for a run after work. And boy did I need a good run. It wasn’t as cathartic as I would have liked, but it helped nonetheless. (Stressful couple of days).
Was great to see Marge G. around the lagoon at McCarty Park!!! I loved catching up with my TC buddy! 😀

Had a great yoga workout tonight. Was even able to do the twisting triangle (although it would be much easier if I got one of those blocks)! Wahoo! Thanks, Bob.
